The location was unbeatable close to best slopes and the staff here was amicable and accommodating. Moreover, it's just off Kaprun.

Loved our stay, and would come here again. A nice hotel, we had a real good stay. The room was new-fashioned and the view of the valley was magnificent. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the bathroom here was nice. The position of the property was ideal, near the lake. What's more, it was close enough to the valley of Pinzgau and Zell Am See and Kaprun and Zell am See...

I recently stayed at Casa Montana and had a wonderful experience. The family-run accommodation was clean and spacious, with a lovely view of the valley. The host was extremely kind and attentive to all of our needs, providing helpful suggestions for local attractions. Even though we arrived late and in the rain, they recommended a nearby restaurant with a delicious dish. The peaceful and quiet surroundings made for a relaxing stay, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious.

Who needs Wi-Fi in their room, right? Such an inconvenience, but I managed to survive without constant internet connection.

I keep coming back to this place because it has everything I need. The staff helped me with early check-in when I first stayed. It suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, free parking, outdoor dining area, flat-screen TV, ski storage, hiking. Can't wait to go back for my next city trip!

Had a blast playing pool and darts in the games room. Views from terrace were stunning. Loved the free swimming lake and outdoor pool. Breakfast was yummy.

Good location, ample parking and spacious surroundings. Hostess goes above and beyond, checking in with guests during breakfast. Breakfast offers variety and a satisfying start to the day. Comfortable beds and refreshing air ensure a peaceful sleep.

The lounge area with the flat-screen TV was perfect for our movie nights, and the games room with the pool table and darts kept us entertained for hours. The two terraces had the most epic views over the valley, and we loved chilling there after a long day. Plus, being only 8.2 mi away from Lake Zell was incredible, we had a blast swimming and sunbathing there!

The only thing we wished for was a better nightlife scene for young party-goers. Don't get us wrong, everything else was amazing, but as teenagers, we wanted to let loose and have a crazy night out.

The staff was AMAZING, the room was tidy, everything was perfect. The location was excellent, within a close distance from Barnbachlift. We enjoyed good restaurants on site.

Our stay at Casa Montana in Niedernsill was an excellent value for the money. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a nice vintage charm. The location was convenient, with a small ski slope within walking distance and larger resorts just a short drive away. The host, Jolanda, was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that we had everything we needed and even offering to dog sit. We felt very welcome and taken care of during our stay.
